Tracy Seeber

Tracy joined the Burr White Team in 1991. Over 20+ years of dedicated service to the BW Sales Team, her expertise on the Balboa Peninsula is extensive. Tracy’s focus extends to investment property acquisitions, luxury vacation home purchases as well as single family residential transactions. She has led the Property Management Team to successfully build current inventory to more than 500 properties. Additional services include assisting owners with property improvements and in-depth analysis of our client’s investment income. Our top priority is managing and providing the proper resources so that our valued clients can protect and maintain their real estate assets. Tracy’s experience and expertise gives her clients an edge in this competitive market.

Shawn Maxwell

Shawn Maxwell attended Corona del Mar High School and later graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Communications. Shawn worked for a Hawaiian Marriott resort for 5 years. Shawn managed a residential property portfolio for several years prior to joining the BW team as associate Property Manager. Born and raised on Balboa Island Shawn's family built several homes on the Island. Shawn brings a wide range of property management skills and hospitality experience to the BW team.


Teresa Robert's

Teresa Robert's customer service provides owners and customers alike personal attention meeting all expectations. Born and raised in Southern California Teresa has worked in customer service for over 20 years. Teresa is responsible for assisting all long-term management team members. Teresa monitors all tenant emails, correspondence, problem solving and promptly responding the same day to all inquiries. She maintains outstanding relationships with tenants working closely with the maintenance department


Travis Kuhns

A resident of the Newport Beach and Costa Mesa area, Travis Kuhns has a unique understanding of Orange County's coastal area not to mention a willingness for sharing his knowledge for the benefit of his clients. Travis provides a high level of property management service and is dedicated to creating the best possible experience. Since obtaining his real estate license, Travis has become a valuable member of our team, serving multiple real estate needs. Travis review's all tenant applications and leases, assists prospective tenants in finding the perfect property, participate in the application process, and provides personal attention to tenants and property owners.


Alex Bones

Alex Bones brings eight years of retail sales experience with Nordstrom to his position at Burr White Property Management. Alex left retail to join our team in order to advance his sales and leasing career. As a long-term leasing team member, Alex's duties primarily focus on tenant and owner relations. Service and encouragement, together with integrity, are traits that drive Alex in his everyday endeavors. Alex was born and raised in Orange County. His understanding of the area is an asset to his clients looking to lease in Newport Beach and Orange County at large. Striving for excellence in performing his real estate duties makes him a great fit for Burr White Realty and clients desiring to live in beautiful Orange County. His organization skills and attention to detail serve him well when reviewing lease applications, property research, in turn builds strong relationships with Burr White clientele.


Michael Dowling

Michael Dowling brings a several years of property management experience to the Burr White Property Management TEAM. Born and raised in Southern California, Michael is familiar with California lifestyle he understands tenants demand a high level of service. Michael is the team leader of the yearly maintenance department. He reviews all tenant work order requests following the process through to completion. He verifies all pertinent property expenses with the accounting department. Michael also participates in annual property inspections, helping the yearly annual leasing department complete timely inspections as needed.
